I believe that all people deserve to have counseling/therapy that bas based on who they are and what they need.
I believe that all students deserve to receive a fantastic education that fits their needs, and should receive help so they can find a career that makes them happy and that they can be great at.

- I believe that people are in control of their behaviors.
- I believe that thoughts effect feelings.
- I respect the freedom that people have to make choices for themselves.
- I believe all people have strengths, and can reach their personal goals and obtain a fulfilling life with planning and effort.
- I think counselors should be non-judging and help students solve their own problems, not tell them what to do.
- I think that that everyone needs some help at some point throughout their lives.
- I think gifted kids need help too.
- Trauma hits different - it is a brain hijack that non-traumatized people cannot fully understand.
- I am an anti-racist.
- I think a person making the choice to enter therapy can be one of the hardest and also most positive choices they can make.
